GriefShare

GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the death of someone close--a spouse, a parent, a child, a sibling, or a friend. CrossPoint's GriefShare group is led by people who understand that you are going through one of life's most devastating experiences and are here to help you on your journey from mourning to joy.

GriefShare videos feature interviews with leading authors, counselors, speakers, and pastors with years of expertise in grief recovery. Topics are featured with a biblical perspective and include The Journey of Grief, Your Family and Grief, The Uniqueness of Grief, "Why?", God's Prescription for Grief, Stuck in Grief, and Heaven. In addition to the video teaching, there is a confidential small group discussion time each week and a manual designed for your daily personal reflection and journaling.

Our next GriefShare session is March 23 - June 15, 2010, on Tuesday nights. We meet at the church from 6:30 to 8:30pm. A $15 registration fee covers the participant's manual and any subsequent sessions you may choose to attend. You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is "self-contained" so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.
